Child’s Tea Plate - A miniature version of our tea plate: bite size ham sandwiches, fresh fruit, cheese, crackers and sweets. (Please no substitution) Fruit, Cheese & Crackers- Fresh fruit, cheese and a cracker assortment.
PB&J - Creamy Peanut Butter and Strawberry preserves served with a fruit garnish and gold fish crackers.
Gobble or Oink - Half Turkey or Half Ham Sandwich on White or Wheat Bread served with a fruit garnish and Gold Fish crackers.
HOUSE SPECIALTY SANDWICHES
The Ultimate BLT - Crisp bacon, tomato, lettuce, SWV buttermilk cheese, avocado and cucumber slices on toasted Schlabach’s white or wheat bread. A side of fresh seasonal fruit makes this plate perfect. Waldorf Chicken Salad Sandwich - Two things that go great together! A combination of our chicken salad and Waldorf salad served with lettuce on your choice of Schlabach’s white or wheat bread.
Sweetwater Valley - Sliced ham and Sweetwater Valley Mild White Cheddar Cheese served warm on Raisin Bread with Apple Butter and topped with slices of tart Granny Smith Apples. Delicious!
Red River Reuben - Shaved corned beef, swiss cheese, fresh sauerkraut with Thousand Island Dressing on marbled rye bread. Served with a pickle and fresh fruit garnish.
The Vegetarian—avocado, cucumber, green pepper, mushroom, tomatoes with SWV buttermilk cheese on wheat bread. Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette dressing served on the side and garnished with lettuce leaf, pickle spear, orange & apple.
