Open on Thursday nights Dec 1,8 and15 from 5-8pm for Gourmet Soup and Salad Buffet. We have our menu ready!! Soups are Hearty Winter Veggie Beef, Mushroom Buttermilk Bisque, and Loaded Potato. Salad is a bed of spinach topped with dried cranberries, mandrin oranges, praline pecans, and feta cheese served with citrus balsamic vinaigerette dressing. But that's not all! This year we have added a hearty addition for each week and this week we will have Crustless Broccoli Cheddar Quiche! We will also have our Wind and Willow cheese balls and dips for sampling as well! Of course there will be plenty of dessert choices also you'll just have to come in and check them all out:)

Be sure to join Burdett's Tea Shop for the latest Holiday event!! December 10th and 17th, Burdett's will be presenting Christmas Down Home! Tickets are $45 in advance and $50 at the door, but don't wait because seating is limited and it's always a sold out event!

Christmas Down Home is a collection of Holiday stories, memories, and music from a simpler time. With warm humor and fond emotion, it transports audiences to small-town Christmases of years past, when Holidays were less about things and more about people: neighbors, friends, and family. Created by David Alford and Paul Carrol Binkley, the show centers on their much-acclaimed performance of Truman Capote's "A Christmas Memory." They've surrounded themselves with a small group of Nashville's finest actors and musicians who take their turns in the spotlight with pieces by writers as diverse as Ogden Nash and "Cousin Minnie Pearl", and in acoustic bluegrass-style settings of traditional Holiday tunes like "Go Tell It On The Mountain," "I Wonder As I Wander," and "Sweet Little Jesus Boy."

If you're worn out with the crass commerce of Christmas, if you're weary of Uncle Scrooge and dancing sugarplums, if you ever spent time in a small town, or if you just miss what Christmas used to be, then this is the show you've been waiting for.
